I will spend a day with you and any staff at your premises, helping you create a stand-out Signature Treatment. However, this is about more than just the facial. I want to inspire you to create a stunning client journey you will feel proud of.
If you are a busy salon owner, you can also use this day to train your team in exceptional treatments, running a private team training day to give you the edge.
To create a Signature Treatment that stands out from the crowd, we need to consider the environment, consultation, products, massage skills, protocol, desired outcome, aftercare, sales, pricing, marketing, your treatment menu and YOU, the practitioner. These all matter, and we will work through each element together.
You can focus more on areas you want to elevate; your business is unique, so in preparation, we will have a strategy call to ensure you get the most from your day.
The day can be intensive, so I will be available for any follow-up questions or advice.

As with any skincare client I want to make sure the protocol and processes we put in place are working, so included in the price are 2 follow up sessions via phone call or Zoom for any trouble shooting. On going mentoring will be available soon!

On the day of our session I will travel to you so I can see you in your environment. Depending on the focus of our day we will work through your goals for the treatment, learning about who you want to work with and how to serve them at a deeper level. We can cover the protocol, modalities to be included, consultation, process for aftercare, treatment planning and a clear marketing strategy.

We start with a discovery call so I understand your business and goals, to make sure the mentor day is right for you. I want to create a day full of value, so there will be lots of questions to make sure we focus on the areas you need my help.

What’s included in my day?
During your discovery call, we will discuss your goals and decide on a plan for the day. I will then travel to your premises and spend a full day with you and any staff* helping you create your treatment. By the end of our time together I want you to be clear on the treatment protocol and have a clear marketing strategy and client journey. I will be here to support you in the following weeks to ensure you implement everything we worked on.
*price includes up to 6 staff, for more POA
What if I need to re-arrange?
Re-arranging your day is fine up to 14 days before you session and subject to availability.
Cancellations after this time will not be refunded however all efforts will be made to re-arrange the day. Please request Ts&Cs for full cancellation policy.
What qualifications do I need?
I recommend a minimum of level 3 or equivalent, all attendees should hold qualifications or relevant training for each modality or procedure intended to be used. This is a mentor day designed to elevate your treatment and customer experience, there will be no new insurance requirements and no certificate issued.
What if I'm not sure what my Signature Treatment should look like?
This is what I am here for!
During the process I will help you identify you strengths and your passions, your goals for your business and what results you want for your clients. We will also consider price point and your target market. The aim is to create a treatment you love to do and your clients love to receive.
